Your bookings, pickup PIN and handoff photos are only visible in your own account view — never shared publicly or with other users. Never share your pickup PIN with anyone except the assigned KeyDrop driver at handoff.
Every booking, status update, pickup PIN and vehicle transfer record is stored securely in your account and available on any device you sign in from. A receipt is emailed to you automatically when payment succeeds.
