How it works
KeyDrop Ontario is a driving service. We collect your vehicle, drive it to the automotive service appointment you already arranged, and bring it back when return service is booked.
Step 1
You enter your pickup information, vehicle information, your existing service appointment, the destination, and the date and time you need the vehicle collected.
Step 2
A KeyDrop Ontario authorized driver arrives at the agreed pickup location and receives the vehicle and keys with your authorization.
Step 3
The authorized driver drives your own vehicle directly to your pre-arranged dealership, mechanic or automotive service centre.
Driven — not towed
Your vehicle is driven by our authorized driver. KeyDrop Ontario does not tow vehicles or transport them using a tow truck or trailer.
Step 4
The vehicle is delivered to the service location you selected during booking.
Step 5
Repair, maintenance, parts and labour charges are separate from KeyDrop and are paid by you directly to your dealership, mechanic or service provider. Your vehicle must be ready and authorized for release before we collect it.
Step 6
If you chose round-trip delivery, we return the vehicle to you once the service is complete and the service provider has confirmed it is ready and authorized for release.

We pick up your vehicle from your location and deliver it to the service appointment you have scheduled. The trip ends when the vehicle is delivered and the keys are handed over according to your instructions.
We pick up your vehicle, deliver it to your scheduled appointment, then return later — after the service is completed and the service centre confirms the vehicle is ready — and drive it back to you.
Our driver does not wait at the service centre during the repair. A driver returns once your vehicle is ready.
Add-ons
Add any of these to your vehicle pickup and delivery booking. Add-ons are never sold on their own, and never scheduled in a way that would make you miss your service appointment.

Need fuel? Add a fuel stop to your KeyDrop trip. Choose your preferred fuel amount or request a full tank, and our driver will fill your vehicle during the trip.

Your driver takes timestamped vehicle condition photos at pickup inspection and again at final delivery or return, attached to your booking.

We drive your vehicle — we don't tow it, and we don't pick up passengers.
Your vehicle is driven by our authorized driver. KeyDrop Ontario does not tow vehicles, does not transport them using a tow truck or trailer, and does not transport passengers — only your vehicle makes the trip.
